Check Before Registering a Complaint

Check if your service connection is part of an outage / shutdown.
If only your premise is without power, check if there is an issue with your internal wiring or fuse. You can verify this by checking if the LED lights on the meter are glowing or not. If the LED lights on the meter are glowing it’s very likely that there is some problem with your wiring / fuse. Please call an electrician and get the same checked before lodging a complaint.
